My Private Space
Your own area inside OBCP for private links, notes and a live whiteboard — My Board. Private by default, shared only with the people you choose: your students, your class group, or your teammates.
This guide walks you through every part step by step, with animated screens you can play, pause and step through.
One account. Your card, your people, your private space.
My Private Space isn't a separate app. It lives inside your OBCP account, right next to your public card — and the contacts and groups you collect with your card are exactly the people you share boards, notes and links with.
Public Card
What everyone sees: your name, contacts, links — shared by link, QR or NFC.
Contacts & Groups
The people you've saved, organized into groups like “Class 10B” or “Design team”.
My Private Space
Private Links, Notes and My Board — visible only to you and whoever you invite.
Simple, fast registration — about 20 seconds
You, your students and your teammates each need a free OBCP account. There's nothing to install and no credit card — it works in any browser, on a phone or a laptop.
Two taps from any page
Once you're signed in, My Private Space is in the Me menu on every OBCP page.
My Private Links
Keep links you don't want on your public card — course materials, a project drive, a staging site — and share individual links with exactly the right people.
- Open My Private Links from the Me menu.
- Type a name, paste the URL and tap Add Link.
- Tap the share icon on a link, search a person by name, username or email — or pick a whole group.
- They find it in their own Shared with me tab. Read-only: they can open it, not change it.
My Notes
Write notes that stay with your account and nowhere else — then share a single note when it's useful to someone else.
- Open My Notes from the Me menu.
- Give the note a title, write it and tap Add Note. Edit it any time.
- Share a note with a student, a teammate or a whole group.
- Shared notes appear in their Shared with me tab, marked with who shared them and through which group.
My Board — a live whiteboard for lessons and team sessions
Draw, write formulas and sketch ideas on a full-screen whiteboard that works with a finger, a stylus or a mouse — then teach with it live or hand it out afterwards.
Boards
One board per course, topic or project — for example “Calculus 101”.
Pages
Each board holds pages, like slides in a lesson. Add, reorder and delete them.
Autosave
Every stroke is saved automatically — watch the status go from Saving… to Saved.
PDF export
Download all pages of a board as one PDF to print, post or archive.

Frequently asked questions
Is My Private Space part of OBCP?
Yes — it's included in every free OBCP account, next to your public card. One sign-in gives you your card, your contacts and groups, and My Private Space (Private Links, Notes and My Board).
Can anyone see my private space?
No one, unless you share or invite them. Nothing in My Private Space ever appears on your public card or in search. You choose each person or group, and you can remove them at any time.
What's the difference between Share and Invite on a board?
Share gives a read-only copy to look at — the board's current pages, without a live connection. Invite opens the board live: invitees see strokes appear in real time, and each one is either View only or allowed to Draw.
How do I teach a whole class at once?
Put your students in a contact group (e.g. Class 10B), then on the board tap Invite and pick the group. Everyone joins as View only; switch individual students to Draw when you want them to solve something on the board.
Do my students or teammates need an account?
Yes — a free OBCP account, which takes about 20 seconds with Google or a four-field email form. You can invite people who aren't on OBCP yet by email or phone from your contact groups.
Can several people draw on the same page at once?
Yes. Invite them with Draw rights and everyone can sketch on the same page simultaneously; the server applies edits in order, so nobody overwrites anybody.
Can I save a board as a file?
Yes — the download button exports every page of the board as a PDF. Anyone you shared or invited can download it too.
How do I send this guide in Georgian?
Switch to ქართ at the top of the page, then copy the link — it now ends in ?lang=ka, so the person you send it to opens it in Georgian.
Is it free?
Yes. Private Links, Notes, My Board, sharing and live invites are all included free with your OBCP account.
